Scope of Work
The Econo Lodge in Monticello, FL received a custom casegood package built to Choice Hotels' specification and this property's room sizes: headboards, nightstands, drawer chests, desk and console, luggage bench and wardrobe. Finishes and substrates were chosen with Florida humidity in mind, using moisture-resistant cores in the pieces closest to wet zones.
Design & Production
We prepared elevations and a sample from the field measurements, confirmed the finish with the operator, then manufactured and quality-checked the order in-house. Pieces were sealed, palletised and freighted to Monticello, with our crew available for setup.
