Scope of Work
This independent property in Tyler, TX started with a blank sheet. We partnered directly with the owner to shape the whole guest-room package — casegoods, mirror frames and accent pieces — in a single custom finish and hardware set, sized to the room types on this site.
Design & Production
The work ran design-first: direction, elevations, 3D renders and a physical sample the owner approved before production. We built the package on our own line and freighted it to Tyler, with a crew available for installation.
